I will be giving you the puppy, a collar (but feel free to bring your own), an item with the moms scent for a smooth transition and a binder with your puppy's health records.
FOR YOUR TRIP HOME:
Feel free to bring a leash.
You may want to bring a crate for your puppy to ride home in.
If you are going to hold your puppy, bring a blanket or towel for your lap in case he gets car sick.
You may also want to bring paper towels, wet wipes, a few pee pads this way you don’t have to stop anywhere and a plastic bag for any messes.
I don't withhold food and water on take home day so there is a possibility of your puppy getting car sick.
WHAT NOT TO DO:
Please don't stop at any of the roadside rest stops on your way to our home and on your way home with your puppy. If you want to give yourself or your puppy a potty break, please stop where dogs don't frequent. Remember that your dog only has 1 set of vaccines and should NOT be exposed to public places.
PARVO VIRUS
Canine parvovirus is a highly contagious virus mainly affecting dogs and is spread from dog to dog by direct or indirect contact with their feces. CLICK THE BUTTON BELOW TO LEARN HOW TO PREVENT THIS…
Healthy Dogs
Such short little lives our dogs have to spend with us, and yet they spend most of it watching for us to come home each and every day… Always ready to brighten your day with a smile and puppy kisses.
Our fur babies live such a short life and yet they love us more than anyone, so why settle for mediocre food that is only going to shorten their precious time they have to spend around us…
NUTRITION:
WHAT FOOD IS MY DOG EATING:
The food your puppy is eating is Life’s Abundance: Grain free All Life Stages.
FEEDING: Feed 1/2 cup of dog food morning, lunch and dinner. Puppies would have a bowl movement within 30 minutes after they eat. It could be 5 minutes after they eat up to 30 minutes.
You will need to have some on hand when your puppy comes home. It is only available online. So order it right away! (You may want to order a bottle of Biodeodorizer Spray for household accidents as well.)
Please order all of your dog supplies right now as shipping is going very slow due to the Corona Virus.
HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I PROVIDE?
MONITOR WATER! Do not leave water easily attainable for them or they would pee every 20 minutes.
WHAT VITAMINS SHOULD I GIVE MY DOG?
NuVet Plus Dog Vitamins & NuJoint Plus Wafers are fantastic, nutritious & their performance is incredible, which by the way, my dogs think they are “cookies” or what we call her at our home “dog treats” haha… let me tell you: they sit and lay down just by looking at the bottle in my hands… tooooo funny!
VITAMINS: they take 1/4 of the entire vitamin as they are tiny. Gradually increase as they gain weight... instructions on the back of the bottle!.
You should just place the vitamin in their food bowl and trust me they’ll eat.
They live such a short life compared to humans... feed them correctly and give them their supplements so they can live a longer life around you.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Our puppies come to you with lots of love as well as the following:
Vet Visit.
Potty trained using a paper pellet litter box.
A binder with your puppy’s health records, which includes vaccines, deworming and more, as well as useful documents and training information.
2 - Year genetic health guarantee.
Our Commitment of Lifelong support!
Health guarantee will be extended from 24 months to 36 months from date of birth if you give your puppy/dog NuVet Plus immune system builder, as directed by the manufacturer, for the entire guarantee period (36 months). NuVet products are not sold in stores. You may order by phone by calling 800-474-7044. You must use order code 875589 or online at www.nuvet.com/875589.
NuVet keeps track of your purchases with the code above; therefore, it is not necessary to keep track of your receipts. NuVet must be started within 2 weeks of buying your puppy.
Our Ideal Corral
Set up a corral in your home with a bed, some toys and a litter box with paper pellets for your puppy to be able to use the potty overnight.
You can add a small crate and a bed inside the crate, placing both inside of the corral, leaving the crate door open so your puppy can go in and out her crate to use the potty!
Feed puppy inside the corral and within 30 minutes the puppy would have a bowl movement. Control water or your furbaby would be peeing everywhere!
Cheers to a successful potty training journey!
POTTY TRAINING & FEEDING:
Imagine your puppy is like a newborn child: you would not expose your newborn baby to strangers in the first few weeks of his life and you would also use diapers on your little gem... well the puppy should be treated the same way for the first 4 months of his life, including 3 sets of vaccines 💉 💕 🐶.
PARVO VIRUS is a deadly disease and your puppy is not fully vaccinated.
