HOW ARE YOUR PUPPIES RAISED?
Our puppies are born and raised inside of our home in Austin, Texas. They are hugged, loved and cared for as family before they are even born. Once puppies are ready to walk, they play inside our home, and we teach them puppy motor skills so they learn to explore the world with confidence. We allow them to explore every corner of our home so they can be ready to conquer the world with you! Once they are stronger, we invite them to play in our stone patio so they can run around and get plenty of exercise. If the weather is good, and if they are brave, they take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool. We love playtime outside! Makes for happy, healthy puppies that take long power naps at the end of the day.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
A deposit wins you the heart of one of our babies. By placing a deposit, you can rest knowing that you get a “pick” from current or upcoming litters. All of our puppies are sold before they are born because they are just too cute!.
*** Deposits are $500.00.
Deposits are non-refundable. This is how we know that you are serious about owning a fur puppy, so please do your research before contacting us. A deposit is transferable to another litter, only if I cannot give you the type of puppy that you requested. For example, you requested a male and only females were born. At this point your deposit will be rolled over to another litter. With mother nature we can’t always predict when our ladies would go in heat but we estimate a waiting period between 6 to 12 months.
HOW MUCH IS MY PUPPY?
Our gorgeous puppies start at $3000*. The balance of your puppy's cost is due when you pick up your new bundle of joy! Of course, we subtract the deposit to the final puppy price.

*** SPAY/NEUTER AGREEMENT:
We sell the puppies as “Pet Only” with no breeding rights for this reason you are responsible to Spay/Neuter your fur baby between 6-12 months of age. To protect our fur babies, we collect from you on day of pick up a $300 deposit to be held by Austin Golden Doodles until you email proof of spay/neuter, at this point the deposit would be returned to the purchaser.
Any unauthorized breeding will result in confiscation of the dog, any puppies and a $10,000 fine. All legal proceedings will be held in Austin, Texas Travis County Court, and all court costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We are doing our part making sure all dogs are protected from bringing unnecessary babies into our world.

We do our best to “guesstimate” the size of a pup. It’s complicated. Lots of genetics play into this. But….we have to categorize them somehow. So we just take the weight of both parents, add it together and divide by 2. Wherever that number fits in to our sizes, that’s what size category they go in to. Most times, they stay within the range….not always…
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PUPPY?
Types of payment accepted: Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, Cash [Preferred] for the final payment and deposits. There would be an 8.25% Sales Tax added to your purchase, as well as spay/neuter deposit* that gets returned to you after you fix the pet at 6 months of age.
CHOOSING YOUR PUPPY…
At the moment the puppies are born, we list them on our website and the first deposit gets first pick, second deposit gets second pick and so on. At about 6-7 weeks, and when available, the puppies host a short and sweet “Meet and Greet via Face time” so you can get to meet your gorgeous fur baby for the first time. At 8 weeks of age, you pick your baby in person.

Very good question, from our experience, you can't go wrong with either gender! Both genders are intelligent, sweet, caring, and loving. Remember, once you go doodle, you can't go back because of their amazing personalities. Our clients all report that they make excellent family companions. They love car rides, chilling at home by your side, and they LOVE to wag their tail when they see you!
